Eligibility
You must be at least 19 years old (or the legal cannabis age in your province) and a resident of Canada. The Herb Centre does not ship outside Canada. You are responsible for confirming that possession and consumption of cannabis is legal at your delivery address.
Products
All products contain THC and/or CBD and are sold for adult use in accordance with the Cannabis Act (2018). Consume responsibly. Do not drive or operate machinery. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Ordering & payment
Orders are accepted subject to product availability. Payment must clear (Interac e-Transfer or Bitcoin) before an order ships. Minimum order $110. We may cancel and refund any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, address issues, or regulatory reasons.
Shipping
See our shipping policy. Risk of loss transfers at handover to Canada Post. Damaged/missing shipments are covered by our refund policy.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Herb Centre is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Disputes are resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
