Placing an order with The Herb Centre takes about three minutes. Here is exactly what happens, step by step.
Step 1 — Verify your age
The first time you visit, an age gate confirms you are 19+ (18+ in AB and QC). By continuing, you legally attest that you are of age. Anyone underage is prohibited from browsing or ordering.
Step 2 — Browse the shop
Use the top menu or the shop page to view every product. You can filter by category — flowers, bulk cannabis, concentrates, edibles, CBD — or search by strain name, brand or effect.
Step 3 — Add items to your cart
Pick a weight or variation (eighth, quarter, ounce, quarter-pound etc.), choose the quantity and click Add to cart. A slide-out cart shows your running total. Minimum order is $110 before shipping.
Step 4 — Review your cart
Open the cart page to change quantities, remove items or apply a coupon code. Free Xpresspost kicks in once your subtotal passes $150. When the total looks right, click Proceed to checkout.
Step 5 — Enter your shipping details
On the checkout page, fill in your full legal name and Canadian shipping address (this must match the ID that will sign for the parcel). Add an email and a phone number so Canada Post can reach you if there is a delivery issue.
Step 6 — Choose a payment method
- Interac e-Transfer — the default. Place the order first; we email you the recipient address and a security answer within minutes.
- Bitcoin — select BTC at checkout to get an automatic 10% discount. We email a payment address and the exact BTC amount.
Step 7 — Place the order
Click Place order. You will land on a thank-you page with your order number and full payment instructions, and receive the same details by email.
Step 8 — Send payment
Log in to your bank (or BTC wallet) and send payment within 24 hours. Orders that are not paid inside 24 hours are cancelled automatically so we can free up the stock.
Step 9 — We pack and ship
As soon as your payment clears, we pack your order in a vacuum-sealed, odour-controlled, plain unbranded box and drop it at Canada Post the same or next business day. You receive an Xpresspost tracking number by email.
Step 10 — Delivery
Xpresspost typically lands in 1–3 business days for major cities and 3–5 days for rural addresses. Adult signature (19+, 18+ AB/QC) is required. If no one is home, Canada Post leaves a card and holds the parcel at the nearest post office for pickup with ID.
