Do I need an account? Yes — a free account lets you track orders, save addresses, and use loyalty credit.
What is the minimum order? $110 before shipping.
What is the free-shipping threshold? Orders over $150 ship free via Canada Post Xpresspost.

How fast is delivery? 1–3 business days for BC/AB, 2–5 days for the Prairies, ON and QC, 3–7 days for Atlantic Canada and the territories. Xpresspost tracking is emailed the day your order ships.
Is packaging discreet? Every parcel is vacuum-sealed and packed in a plain, unbranded box. Nothing on the outside identifies the contents.
Do I need to sign? Yes — adult signature (19+) is required on delivery.
Payment
How do I pay? Interac e-Transfer or Bitcoin. Bitcoin is priced in CAD at checkout and locked for 30 minutes. Full instructions on the how to pay page.
Do you offer a Bitcoin discount? Yes — 10% off orders paid with Bitcoin.

Are your products lab-tested? Yes. Every product ships with COA data available on request; potency numbers on the site match the COA.
What if my order is missing or damaged? Email sales@theherbcentre.ca within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos — we’ll make it right.
