The Herb Centre only serves adults who are at least 19 years old (or the legal cannabis age in their province — 18 in Alberta, 21 in Quebec).
How verification works
- The age-gate modal appears on your first visit and asks you to confirm your date of birth.
- Your confirmation is remembered for 30 days by the
thc_age_okcookie. - At delivery, Canada Post requires government-issued photo ID proving you are of legal age before releasing the parcel.
Why it matters
Sales to minors are illegal under the Cannabis Act (2018) and carry serious penalties. Please do not attempt to order on behalf of anyone under the legal age in your province.
